Do you guys sell Authentic Shoes?
ALL THE SHOES WE SELL ARE 100% AUTHENTIC! Not only do we sell here but we have accounts with GOAT, StockX, Grailed and others that we buy and sell through as well. We pride ourselves on selling Authentic Jordan's, Nike's, Adidas, Reebok and other shoes that will pass any verification test.
Why are your shoes not priced by the size?
Whenever ANY shoe is released they all have the SAME PRICE TAG NO MATTER WHAT THE SIZE IS. The resale market allows the seller to set their own prices. Companies like GOAT and StockX are middle men that offer sellers a marketplace for them to shop and sell their goods at a price that they choose for a small fee. Most sellers price their shoes by the size because they feel like the size is rare.
While we have to remain competitive in this industry we have elected to price our shoes based on a national average but all sizes for that shoe will be the same price across the board regardless of the size. Although the shoes are priced above retail they are priced at an even resell cost.
Are the shoes listed in stock?
All shoes shown are in stock and available in all sizes listed unless stated otherwise. If it is on the website we have it.
Returns and Refunds FAQ's
What is the refund policy?
Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. Additionally there are NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS! For more details please see our refunds page.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once we receive your request and any items that need to be returned. We do not have the ability to place funds on your account, that can only be done by your bank or card issuer.
In most cases refunds are completed in 3-5 business days but this can be longer (up to 30 days) depending on the bank and when the refund is processed. Refunds are generally not processed or credited on weekends and holidays.
If you are unsure or your card issuers/bank timeframe for refund credits please contact your financial institution directly.
Clothing FAQ's
Are your shirts true to size?
Yes. All shirts, hoodies, pullovers, etc. are true to size please make sure that you order the correct size.
Shipping FAQ's
What is your shipping time frame?
Most orders are shipped within 4-7 business days, but from the time your order is placed please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered. This primarily applies to Free or Standard shipping. If you have paid for expedited shipping you will receive your order faster.
Who do you use for shipping?
We use USPS for Free/Standard shipping but we also use UPS and FedEx for expedited shipping.
